Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for selected accounts, assigned by product category, and is focused on customer satisfaction as well increasing sales.

The Account Manager requires knowledge and experience in the area of sales and customer support, customer relations, and communications. The person in this role will be involved in daily interface with the established base of customers, primarily in the food service industry, to ensure all aspects of the customers’ needs and requirements are being administered. Success will be measured through customer satisfaction, but as importantly by increased sales developed and achieved through deeper account penetration.

The Account Manager will work with the Clipper Sales force as well as the internal staff to investigate, analyze and resolve any operational issues, in addition to uncovering new business opportunities and managing through to sales closure. Experience in the sales and customer support arena, along with excellent communications and interpersonal skills are required to be successful.

Experience and importing knowledge in a manufacturing industry is essential. Required attributes to be a successful Account Manager include a high degree of initiative, a strong work ethic, have a high energy level, be detail-oriented, innovative and a problem solver, and be creative, organized, self-motivated, dependable and loyal.
Business Assistant

The President/CEO of Clipper Corporation, a leading Distributor/Manufacturer of Food Supplies and Uniforms located in Carson CA, is seeking a highly professional, well-qualified Business Assistant to support her administrative and business needs.

Administrative support includes, but is not limited to, scheduling appointments involving multiple parties; researching and booking domestic and international travel; composition of e-mails for the President/CEO as related to customer business, along with any memo's/ letters; initiate phone calls to customers and follow up; maintain any necessary customer files. In addition, the Business Assistant may be called upon as a back-up resource for other duties as assigned to the CEO's Executive/Personal Assistant in her absence.

10 years minimum experience assisting a high level executive is required, along with excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent customer service and typing skills, along with the ability to work with all different high level executives. Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required. The President/CEO is in need of after hour's assistance, therefore, the Business Assistant's work hours are flexible.
