The process is as follows:

A customer requests a price quote for a product by providing a sample or engineering drawing, along with the annual volume proposed. |

Clipper determines the production cost (mold, raw material and labor charges), shipping, quota and customs charges and provides a price quote. |

Clipper develops a sample for customer review. |
|
|

|
The customer reviews specifications and approves the sample. |
|
|
 |
|
The Clipper factory begins production and after an extensive quality control process, ships the completed product to Clipper headquarters. |

 |
|
Clipper receives inventory and conducts a second quality inspection, then delivers the product to the customer. |
The rigorous inspection process employed at the factory, as well as at the Clipper warehouse, provides assurance that customers will receive the highest quality merchandise.
